Our tag bears a respectable reputation in many instances both domestically and abroad. There are many ways for you to get involved, even without becoming an official member.
Our Caporegimes and soldiers participate in what is known as “Ham Raids.” These are regular events where our members make our reputation known through in-game queueing and territorial takeovers. While these are primarily conducted in TF2, our Ham Raids have been known to encompass whatever platform we deem a priority.
The Organization has deep ties to multiple communities, and upon visiting you'll find the Hamily Business abundant in standup guys and resources. Individuals who've crossed our paths have developed longstanding ties, and have made friendships that will hold up for years to come. On the other hand, if you are looking for business opportunities instead of friends, many of our associates possess skills in multiple departments. If you yourself possess skills that'll help the Hamily Business expand, we'd be more than happy to find a way for you to further develop them.
Our organization's structure is based on LCN, and has been an integral part as to why we have been able to remain stable under various circumstances. The Hamily Business possesses multiple crews led by Caporegimes that have their books open to Ham Mafia soldiers. This provides opportunities to climb the ranks, and join a sub-community in order to build closer relationships with fellow members. While the entire Organization is united under the Hamily Business, each Crew has its own unique perks and reputation.
To become an official
member, you must take an Oath and fulfill multiple requirements dependent on your circumstance
(possessing the Ham Mafia tag, joining the steam group, owning a ham shank, etc). More

If you wish to simply be an associate and not be bound by the Oath, you are more than
welcome to join the Steam Group and the Discord without becoming a member. However, be
forewarned you may not receive the same level of respect as the hierarchy is based on merit and
commitment.
